SYNERGY Urban Villages Inc. is a locally owned and operated property development company based in Moncton, New Brunswick. Its founders have 40+ years combined experience in construction, development and project management.
Over the years, the principals of SYNERGY Urban Villages Inc. have assembled a world-class team of architects, engineers, urban planners, scientists and environmental specialists. The company owns and manages a 260-acre parcel of land that
is at the heart of the City of Moncton. This parcel of land is one of several that have been collectively referred to as the
“VISION LANDS”. Ready for development, this 260-acre parcel is
set to become Moncton’s newest and most sought-after mixed-density and mixed-use sustainable community.

SYNERGY Urban Villages Inc.’s founding partners are:
| Paul Arsenault, Partner: A graduate of the New Brunswick Community College, Paul has over twenty years experience in project management. His experience ranges from the telecommunications industry to the industrial power industry to the construction industry. Paul’s most recent entrepreneurial endeavour has been the creation of a construction company that focuses on demonstrating the benefits of sustainable strategies and renewable energy technologies, including community planning, alternative energy sources, energy generation and energy storage systems. | Donna Ferguson, CET, Partner: A graduate of the New Brunswick Community College, Donna has over twenty years experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. In her roles with several companies over the years,
she has gained valuable experience as a site superintendant, a project manager and, more recently with her own company,
as president and CEO. Donna’s attention to detail, superb technical abilities, business acumen and well-rounded inter-personal skills give her the competitive edge to succeed. |
